Shipping & Delivery Information for International Customers
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
Delivery estimate time once the order is shipped is 8-10 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, local postal services, peak seasons, holidays, or promotional sales.
Important Shipping Information
To ensure timely delivery, please provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout, including your full address and contact phone number.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete information may experience delays.
We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Every parcel entering the territory of the European Union is subject to customs clearance. EU member states individually determine customs and brokerage fees, and after customs procedures are completed, final delivery requires the recipient to cover these charges.
If the customer decides not to receive the order, a refund will be issued for the paid amount minus 20%.
Shipping & Delivery Information for Customers in Georgia
Delivery within Tbilisi takes 1-2 business days and costs 8 GEL.
Delivery outside Tbilisi usually takes 2-3 business days.
The delivery fee for other cities and villages ranges from 12-13 GEL, depending on the exact location.
Once your order is ready, our representative will contact you to provide all necessary details and coordinate the delivery.
Return Procedures for International Customers
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
- Return requests must be sent to info@meraki.ge within 48 hours of receipt.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, including tags, boxes, and pouches.
- Proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt is required.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and procedures. For your own protection, we recommend using a delivery service that insures the parcel for the value of the products. A valid tracking number is required for all return shipments.
- Once the brand receives your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method with a $30 USD processing fee deducted from the total amount.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed after it has been received.
Exchanges for International Customers
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as above and indicate that you want an exchange.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send the new item.
Shipping and handling expenses for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Items with a 40% discount or more are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For customers in Georgia, discounted items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange Procedures for Customers in Georgia
Exchange requests must be sent to info@meraki.ge within 24 hours of receipt.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, including tags, boxes, and pouches.
- Proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt is required.
- We accept exchanges for a different size, color, or a comparable item within the same product category.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability.
- When we receive your return, we will send the replacement item.
- Courier costs are non-refundable.
- Each item can be exchanged only once.
