How Meraki Took Over Paris

How Meraki Took Over Paris

Georgian roots, Parisian spirit, and a weekend that lives rent-free in our heads.

Paris during Fashion Week isn’t calm and that’s exactly why we love it. It’s loud, fast, and slightly overwhelming. It’s the kind of chaos that usually feels like something you only see on a screen.

And this October, for the first time, it wasn't just a dream but reality. Bonjour, Paris

For the past year, we’ve been quietly building, expanding, and dreaming beyond the borders of Georgia. We wanted a global conversation, and Paris was the only place to start the first chapter.

From October 1–2, we touched down at 21 rue des Filles du Calvaire in Le Marais. Organized by Ref Creative Lab, the space was a curated fever dream of brands and creative energy. You know that feeling when the right people meet in the right city at the exactly right time? That was this.

Going international was something we were working toward.

Paris made it real.

Walking into it

Inside, the setup leaned into a showroom experience: our Fall collection of shoes and bags displayed with intention, ready to be discovered.

We ditched the traditional retail stress for a more modern flow: Scan, explore and shop. QR codes made it seamless to browse the site while holding the leather in your hands (and yes, we tucked in a promo code, because Paris). It wasn't about the hard sell, it was about the spark of curiosity.

Matcha, Beats & Moods

The energy shifted naturally throughout the weekend.

The Prelude: We kicked things off with coffee at Rem’s. Quiet, intimate, and the perfect caffeine hit before the storm.

The Main Event: On October 1, the vibe went electric. We hosted a matcha get-together with Miyabi Matcha Paris and a live DJ set with @Eleonoraalbercht

People came for the whisked greens and stayed for the music. In a week where everyone is rushing to the next show, seeing people actually stay and lose track of time in our space was the ultimate compliment.

The Guest List

In the middle of the PFW whirlwind, some of our favorite faces made the time to drop by. We’re talking about the women we’ve been pinning to our mood boards for years: @oliviatps, @marianabvmartins, @raquelestevens, and so many others.

They didn’t just do a walk-through. They stayed, they asked questions, and they genuinely connected with the brand. In a city where every minute is scheduled, that meant the world to us.

A Gesture That Felt Like Home

In the middle of the madness, flowers arrived.

@Bekaparis sent us the most stunning bouquets, and honestly? We got a little emotional. It wasn’t just about the beauty of it; it was the sentiment. Georgians supporting Georgians in the heart of Paris. It felt like home in the middle of a foreign city.

The Little Extras: We designed limited-edition tote bags, sticker packs, and colorful wallets specifically for the pop-up. They were small tokens for the influencers and new friends who stopped by. Just a little piece of Meraki to carry through the streets of Paris.

The Verdict?

So… what did Paris think?Honestly? Better than the moodboard.

Seeing a Parisian girl pause her day to step inside, try on a pair of boots, and stay for a second matcha was the only confirmation we really needed. In a week where everyone is rushing to be somewhere else, people actually stayed. They got curious and they asked questions.

We realized that Meraki doesn’t just belong in Georgia. It translates. It connects. Different city, same soul.

Grateful doesn’t even cover it. To everyone who stopped by, to Ref Creative Lab for bringing the vision to life, and to Paris for being so very good to us:

Merci, Paris.

We’re definitely coming back.
